What types of bills do you manage?

Debt Management programs (DMPs) traditionally assist individuals with the following types of debt:

  • Credit Cards
  • Personal Loans (unsecured)
  • Personal loans secured by household items, such as furniture, appliances, etc.
  • Past-due balances on telephone bills, cellular phone bills, electric bills, etc., as long as the client no longer resides at the same residence and the debt is for an old and inactive account
  • Student Loans
  • Collection Accounts
  • Lines of Credit
  • Disconnected Utilities
  • Medical Bills
  • Repossessions (if the item has been resold and an unpaid balance remains).

Because of the service that our DMPs provide, creditors extend certain benefits to the individuals who enroll in them, such as reduced interest rates and the elimination of late and/or over-limit fees. To qualify for these benefits, creditors require that they receive a certain amount as a structured monthly payment. Each month you would make one simple payment to our organization, and we, in turn, will forward the appropriate amounts to your creditors.

We cannot assist with bills that are considered secured debt. Secured debts, such as mortgages and car loans, are those loans that are backed by collateral, in this case, the house or car that was purchased.

If you would like to consolidate your unsecured debt or require further information, please contact our office at 1-800-897-2200 to speak to a counselor. One of these courteous professionals will contact you shortly and address any questions you may have.
