Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old at the time of hire with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Must be a United States citizen, permanent resident, or citizen of another U.S. Territory.
  • Must provide recent employment history.
  • Must be able to pass an independent credit counselor certification course (full training provided – no cost to applicant)
  • Must possess basic computer and phone skills, including Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to speak to a high-volume of consumers while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Available Positions

Credit Counselor

Our credit counseling division is comprised of certified counselors who speak with consumers across the country and provide them with educational resources and options to help them eliminate credit card debt and better manage their finances. We are looking to expand this division and are currently seeking career-oriented individuals to join our team.

Qualified applicants will be fully trained and must be able to pass an independent credit counselor certification course. This is a full-time position with an hourly rate starting at $15/hour while training. Once the certification course is passed, the hourly rate will increase to $17/hour.

To be considered for this position, you must have basic computer and phone skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to speak to a high-volume of consumers while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Experience with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus.
